  • Returns are only accepted if a book arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
  • ❌ No returns for preference or “changed mind”.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@neurobookshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item.
  • We review your request quickly and we will send a replacement your way immediately after confirming the damage or error.
