Neuro Bookshop is an online store specializing in books and journals
curated for neurodivergent individuals, mental health enthusiasts, and
anyone interested in brain wellness. Our mission is to provide resources
that support education, creativity, and well-being.

• We currently ship only to the United States.
• Shipping Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 7-10 business days (depending on your location in the US). Shipping of planners may take a bit longer because they are printed on demand – we will keep you updated on the progress of your order!
• International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside the US, but we’re exploring options for the future. Stay tuned!
• Cost: Shipping costs $10 but we offer free shipping on orders over $100 (US only).

• ✅ Returns are only accepted if a book arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
• ❌ No returns for preference or “changed mind”.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@neurobookshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item.
• We review your request quickly and we will send a replacement your way immediately after confirming the damage or error.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Use the tracking link to monitor your package’s progress.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Contact us within 24 hours of your order, at support@neurobookshop.com, if you need changes. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after the 24 hours have passed.
